I got a load of pebbles from a near by beach... All over which passed the vinegar test, except for the slate. Each bit of slate I have picked up fizzes ever so slightly when I drop the vinegar onto it. I thought slate was a good bet to be safe for aquariums? The LFS seem to sell enough of it...

Yes, they generally school around together, I can't do any water tests at the moment except for PH which is sitting around 7.4. I have noted your advice on the marbles and tank posistion. Will a large window seal be ok or is that a bit OTT for sunrise light? I'll start prepping a air/sponge...

Full stock is, 6 x Zebras, 3 x Unknown Fish (What ever they are they love to play with the Zebras), and 1 x Betta. I read the pink underside is normal for a female Zebra that is full of eggs.

Hi guys... My first post here! I got 6 Zebra Danios zipping arond my 160L aquarium, and for the past 3 weeks or so one of them has been really fat and staying fat. She also has a pink area on her underside. Is she carrying eggs? (I assume she is indeed a she because of the fact she is large)...
