I've had the ghost shrimp for about 2 weeks. everything was fine till today when I noticed they were both out in the open and acting wierd.

It's a 37gal tank w/ 5 neon cardinal tetras 4 Pristella Tetras 8 Guppies 2 glass Cats 2 glass fish 2 fantails (Possible Culprit?) 1 Pleco (note pleco Was introduced to tank today)

Don't know what's going on. my shrimp don't want to stay on the bottom of the tank. they seem to have problems walking and when they end up on their back they can't seem to right themselves. they swim up from the bottom, hit the stream from my power head and then curl their tails and drifting...
