i did a 30-40 % water change on my 40 gallon heavily planted tank . i dosed with recomended amount of flourish excel after wards . my ph went up a little bit . hardly anything though . all my fish are gasping and very lethargic like crazy . some much worse than others going to the top of tank...

the tail is definitely bitten off . they are not lip locking however my tank could be on the high side stocking levels . but it s only cory's hatchets and cardinal tetras and a very small red tail shark. the rams are the largest thing in the tank.
