Atison's Betta Pro is much better value imho. About £6.50 posted off eBay for 75 grams, and it's excellent quality :D

As a general rule, two pellets of Betta Pro morning and night with a total fast one day a week. I'll randomly replace the day's Betta Pro with four to six mosquito larvae (live) as a single meal. When conditioning, I stick to three pellets every two days for a week.

They're just a typical rectangular type tank, just smaller than ones you can buy over here with glass lids that fit inside the top of the tanks, resting on plastic ledges. I'll grab some pics tomorrow.
