thanks! I have had him for a couple months now but he was in a smaller 1.5 gallon bowl with just one plant and some moss. Now he is swimming all the time and is like a pro swimmer haha :)

I actually got that piece mounted on a piece of slate for 8 dollars!   I saw a similar sized fake piece of wood at petco for 49.99 :( so expensive!     I am thinking I will buy a few ghost shrimp and see if he bothers them. If he is nice, I might invest in some better looking shrimp haha :D

yeah that was what I was thinking but I am not sure I have ever seen any pairs in my LFS. They just always look so stressed and washed out. Plus it is a pain to catch that little female ram haha.
