Done everything - thank you for your advice. Guppys still on the bottom of tank!! Why would only my Guppys be affected all other fish are perfectly normal!! Kate :-)

How many gallons is the tank. 35 How many fish and which type. 2 neon tetras, 2 glow light tetras, 2 tiger stripe tetras, 1 platy - all these fish are fine Water stats in ammonia, nitrite,nitrate, and ph. GH 120, KH 0, PH 6, No2 0, No3 0

Do the guppys look bloated. One does Can they maintain balance in the water. Look very wobbly Do they try to get off the substrate only to fall back down again. Yes!!!!!

Can no one offer advice please

Please help!!! Over the past couple of days both my guppies are on the bottom of the tank - they do not appear to beable to swim!! All the other fish ok!!!! Water check - all levels are normal!! Help..............
