I went through your Common Pests link and did a Google Image search on anything that had a similar discription to what I have. Nothing seemed to really match. Maybe what I'm seeing are babies and are therefore too small for me to identify. Honestly, they just look like very small black dots...

The body shape is similar, but my "bugs" are smaller, completely black, and don't have visible eyespots.
