Hi I have approx 6 neon tetras and 3 of them look very fat ! I cannot see any scales protruding amd they all swim and eat fine.All water stats are fine and the tank is well established. Any idea what it could be..everynthiung looks fine? could it be they are just eatng too much? thanks

Ammonia and Nitrate have ben nil for months Nitrate is 40 Water ph is 8 I have not treated with any salts..............only anti white spot. It seems crazy to treat every other week week for just one molly?

I have got a problem with a black molly..................it keeps getting whitespot! I treat with anti white spot and it clears up but a few weeks later it comes back again................all the other fish seem fine apart from the molly. Any ideas whats causing it and what should i do? thanks

Just taken heather out and it was cold...............put it in a bucket of water and turned thermostat up,it clicked on and I saw a red light in the middle of the tube come on...........I assume this is working ok. I will try what the posts advice to bring the temp down,but cannot understand how...

The heater is a Juwell 200watt................thermostat range from 16 to 32 degrees. Heating currently set at minimum.16 degrees but water at nearly 30 degrees

I have never seen a light on the thermostat..............where is it? Is there any way of testing the heater?................I have read that Juwell heaters can pack up? This heater is only 6 months old.

In the recent hot weather (UK) I have noticed the water temp in my tank rise to approx 29 degrees.I have turned the heater thermostat right down to minimum but the temp still stays the same.It shows 18 degrees as a minimum setting. I have a Juwell 180 litre with all standard equipment.I have...

The korala is very quiet................I put it top lhs rear pointing down...first time best guess ! The algae was hair algae on the plants together with blue green on the substrate Pleased this info may help others Cheers
