about 2 weeks, fish in cycle.. everythings been at 0ppm untill i checked today..

just wondering what safe levels of each are? at the moment my tanks at the following.. amonia 0ppm nitrate 10ppm nitrite 0.5ppm is this bad or acceptable? or should they all be 0ppm?
