What Would You Stock In 237Gal

I would do 5 Oscars or so :) that's my type of fish. Although I do have to admit that a giant school of cardinal tetras has a certain appeal

    New Kribensis Pair?

Two or three days should do it. Just so that the female can adjust to her surroundings and the male has some time to "calm down" lol Also, kribs come from Africa (hard water) and neon tetras come from the amazon (soft water). So just be careful of what you water hardness level is.

    Flowerhorn Tank Size

My bad, I was thinking of the color and not the fish size :/ sorry

    New Kribensis Pair?

Take the male out, put him in an "isolation tank". Then introduce the female first, so when the male is returned to the tank it will be him going into "her" territory and not the other way around. Add a target fish or two, a common enemy will help them bond. I suggest a small school of danios.

    Flowerhorn Tank Size

Synspilum Cichlid or Salvini Cichlid? Both are highly colorful yet would still probably fit in that tank if kept singly.

    Extremely Aggressive Rusties

Often, splitting the lines of sight tend to work. Add intricate rock work to allow the chased fish to escape. Often, the more the better, but I would not get anymore to displace aggression.

    Samb's 5G Fluval Chi Reef

    Very cool project :)

    Agressive Male Kribensis

It sounds like they are getting ready to spawn. This is where the two make sure that the other is a suitable mate that is hardy enough to keep the gene pool strong. Fin-flapping, liplocking, and chasing. Unfortunately, if the male is older, or bigger than the female, he may kill her. This...

    So... 220 Gallon Stocking Ideas...

Wow!! 220G? That's huge! I'm just imagining all the fish I could keep... Discus are too fragile and expensive for me. Even though they are pretty, they aren't worth it. IMO I would do 5 clown loaches 1 Prochilodus Lineatus 1 Oscar 5 Tinfoil Barbs   Usually that might be a bit overstocked, but...

    Where's My Fish?

My synos are usually very active and friendly. If yours is hiding, it means it feels uncomfortable or shy. If it needs a school, as pointed out by Ninjouzata, then that might be the issue. It is also possible that it is simply lower on the totem pole, so to speak. If the alpha (usually biggest...

    Jumping In The Deep End!

I would suggest a Severum Cichlid. Very calm, very peaceful. It will not go after your cories or angelfish. However, if you added something like neon tetras it would eat them, but that's just because they are so small they resemble prey. Of course, 45G is not suited for a full grown sev, and I...

    15 Gallon Hex Stocking?

Angelfish are, as stated above, too large of a fish for this tank. However there are some other possibilities. 15 gallons is usually betta fish, inverts, cory cats, etc. You could try an Apistogramma pair, or some Kribs. These are personal suggestions, Ninjouzata is right, if you are looking for...

    75G Stock

How about: 4 angelfish 5-7 gold barbs 1 delhizi bichir And Maybe 1 African Butterfly Fish? They are kinda a specialist fish, but if you don't have a lot of moving water on the top of your tank then one might be kinda cool.

Fish Biting My Finger, Is That Bad?

A molly's bite does not hurt, does it? The only reason I would be alarmed would be if your hands were dirty or had some chemicals on them that the fish might ingest (hand soap, laundry detergent, etc). Mollies are not the most intelligent species of fish and the only reason I can come up with is...

    New Tank, Need Ideas...

Unfortunately, angelfish are notorious for picking off neon tetras when they are full grown :( So I would suggest returning those guys and maybe trading in for a different, larger type of tetra or barb. I would suggest to stay away from the nippy barbs, though, because they will chase your...
