from my experiance if your fish can tolerate salt adding aquarium salt/a fish tonic salt to the water aswell as the white spot medicen usally helps ich cannot tolerate any salt levels in the water good luck

Some sites reccomended raising the temp, so i continued with the medication and raised the temp a little, fish seem happier, swimming around alot more, spots fading on a couple of the platys.
