The fish did have a tail. You can't really see it all to well in the photo but it has almost fallen off, just dangling off the bottom. The white spot remedy has an active ingredient of 37mg/100ml formaldehyde. Even though I might be able to take it back, I feel as though the shop wouldn't care...
