As Aaronnorth said it is Tropica Plant Nutrition and I was adding extra nitrogen as I had a deficiency due to the fast growing plants :good: Neil

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, I dose with TPN and now I also add Seachem Flourish Nitrogen as well. I looked at the TPN+ but I already have high phosphates in my tap water (and I have a new 500ml TPN ;) ) so I'll just add the flourish for now and see how it goes. Neil

I always take them out of the pot and remove as much of the fiber wool as possible, then plant then into the substrate (flourite), I find the roots are normally enough to hold them down until they take hold but if any of them do start floating I will anchor them with a strip of plant weight...

Thanks for the warm welcome folks :) This is the current state of play: I've still got to get some more plants for the tank especially back ground ones but the tropica delivery at my LFS was held up in Holland and now he won't be getting it until Tuesday so I'll have to wait until then...
