As I had a completely empty tank (no water or anything) I used vinegar and a sponge. It worked really well. I then washed i thoroughly before refilling the tank!

Hi, my fish-tank has been up and running for about a year and recently all my fish died. I am having to empty my tank and restart it but around the top there is a hardened white substance. I have tried scrubbing it but it won't come away, any ideas? Thanks OLCS72
