I do a 50% water changes, usually weekly The last one I done was after 2 weeks, as I was away for a week, and that's when I noticed these white things on my discus fish.

Anytime I looked up any of the products you listed API melafix came up... starting to think it might be my only chance. My discus are very large, so pretty stressed about them, especially the one that's infected. 😩

Only thing I can find is API melafix. Api general cure is no longer available in Australia! It's very frustrating, I'm just trying to help my fish out! I do weekly water changes, and test my water every week. There was nothing that wasn't normal. I feed them all API food, plus frozen brine...
