Thank you very much for the reply. I was going to do some water changes but it looks as if after reading your post I should just leave things be? Would you agree with this? Tap water. The fish all look very happy but the tank looks like they're swimming in a light fog.

Hi mate and thanks for the reply. Yeah I basically gave the filter a good clean with warm water and then rinsed it with cold and I changed the sponge before I put it in the new tank.
