    Tanks... You're Welcome! (Jonelle's Journal)

Usually all I use is a tap of conditioner, if at all, and Seachem Excel. Recently I started using some CO2 tabs from Buce Plant and iron from Aquarium Co-op as well. You know, stupid me has never actually tested straight tap! One shop man told me that the water where I live tends to "change"...

    Tanks... You're Welcome! (Jonelle's Journal)

I have been VERY annoyed at the lack of progress I am making with this hobby. I'm sick of seeing everyone's pristine tanks with nice plants and no algae... My tanks look horrible no matter what I do for them! Only good thing is my bettas are fine. I am even loosing nerite snails!! TANK #1...

    A Beginner's Shrimp Journal

UPDATE: Have been loosing a lot of shrimp lately... not happy about that... there ARE some babies in there, so maybe some adults were just too old, but that doesn't make me feel any better. I have been using some PH-down as it was really high. Also decided, since I finally found some at a...

    A Beginner's Shrimp Journal

Read that amano shrimp eat green hair algae, which keeps covering the moss in Plant Test Tank #1. So when a local shop had some, I bought a pair. One was a bit of a sacrifice, as I put it in Tank #1 with Betsy the Betta. It ended up M.I.A. the next day. But the second one is in T.T.#1 and SO...

    Rocks, slate, wood

VERY good advice. Slate roofing is no doubt more solid than what I use, which is very easy to sand down.

    Rocks, slate, wood

I thought I took photos when I made them, but I can't find any. The first one wasn't thought out well... the two "legs" were made up of small bits, and one of them kept detaching. Too small of a connection for a good bond. BUT it is still in Tank #1 with Betsy the betta. The second attempt...

    Web inaccuracy

Oh do NOT get me going on the overall decline of web search results. All personal sites seem to no longer exist, searches, regardless of which engine you use, are all garbage sites that don't even seem to be human made, etc etc etc... This has been happening for YEARS now... Fish related sites...
