Thanks but the LCD window seems fine it was green.I did unplug it and it's now blue but it's inside the body of the heater that is all glowing red?

Does anyone have any experience of the fluval e series tank heaters? I have just installed 2 in my fish tank one each end they both appear to be working as the LCD display is on but one of the heaters is also glowing bright red from the whole of the interior. Is this Normal?

I have ordered a new tank as my 36insx18insx12ins has sprung a big leak. The tank I am getting is a bit larger but I need to dismantle/move the old tank to put the new one in the same place. I just dont know the best way to go about it as I haven't a "spare tank". How do I transfer the fish etc...

I now realise that the fish were overcrowded. The tank is 12x15x36 inches. approx.21.5 galls.They were transfered from a 12x12x24 inch tank where they had been for years. There was a lot of guppys but now only 2 left and a couple of tiny babies. also left in the tank 4 platys and 6 little fish...
