Hi I can also confirm this is hygrophila as i have the same growing in my tank. i noticed you have Corys in your tank. They prefer a softer medium in which to root around. if your large peebles are sharp their "whiskers" may wear away. Cheers Kim

I have not received any jiffy bags to post the weed. Therefore as it has been over a week since the plants were picked is there anybody who wishes to collect?

Hi I cleaned the tank today and found i still have too many C.balansae,hornwort,small java fern and hygrophila. Please reply if you wish to collect. Note the balansae is quite long. Cheers Kim

i will pick them smaller next time! i waited as i thought some friends may want them. you can nip some of the leaves off and this should reduce the size for a while. the roots had grown round the underground heating cable! My mates had some C. AFFINIS which was large, so next time i will ask...
