thanks for the replys the tank is a juwel trigon 190 water stats are ammonia 0 nitrite 0 ph 7.5 nitrate 5 temp 25 c been set up about 6 months i feed algae wafers ever other day

i bought 4 oto's a few weeks ago only got 1 left are these fish hard to keep or something my water stats are fine and no other fish have died i use good quality flake food ,catfish pellets and algae tablets and freeze dried food they is quite a bit of algae in tank which they seem to be eating...

i have same problem with one of my zebra danios it is a lot fatter then the other zebra danios i have and swims oddly from side to side my water stats are fine so any ideas would be helpful for both of us

still does not look right just put more plastic plants in any ideas how to make it look better ?

thanks guys for info what external filter did you buy for the trigon 190 ? are they easy to maintain?

hi i use the polishing pads but not juwel ones cheaper ones from ebay i changed then once a week any more than this the powerhead slows down do to muck on polishing pad done nothing unusual and no temp difference feed fish twice a day but not to much i have greedy tiger barbs so it is all eaten...

i have a juwel trigon 190 the problem is i use the juwel internal filter with 600 powerhead i clean and replace sponges as juwel reccomend but i can never get water crystal clear i have just put aqurium backround on back of tank but can't see it that well due to tank water not being crystal...
