after they freeze they come back to life my friends have lots of goldfish ponds and it freezes and once it unfreezes they come back to life.

i have had this same situation a few times you have to put in lots of unsalted skinless peas from the canned food aisle at the grocery store please try this it always works for me!

if you buy a betta from the petstore it will usally live about a year and a half to 2 yaers because no telling how long they have been waiting at the pet-store.i have not raised a betta from fry so i could not answer that.
