I did a water change today but I have test kit and all the parameters are okay plus the other weather loach seems fine for now. Not sure if there's anything I can get to help this guy?

I have a weather loach who is on deaths door. His scales are falling off and it looks like he's been attacked. I didn't see his tank mate attack him and they've lived together for 5 years with no trouble. Is there anything I can do to help him?
