Yeah neons were acclimatised for 30mins by floating the bag in the tank and then over the next 20mins slowly put some tank water in the bag before releasing them into the tank

When I do a water change water is always treated After the first 30 mins the bags are opened up - the other fish appear fine. When I water change I use a gravel syphon along the bottom of the tank.
