I have a tank for my 2 newts. i was wondering if guppies can survive in a non heated tank like that. There is s filter and air stone. I dont care if th newts pick off a couple of the guppies .. i have a lot more.

I dont think that it will filter through as mush as you think. The tank is in a finished basement, of course there is concrete underneath the rug.
