It must just be certain stores that have it, I know the one in Salford has it but they have only recently started to stock it. A friend of mine used some sort of maturation fluid called Waterlife BioMature, I think that has ammonia in it because you use it in almost the same way as ammonia.

Homebase do their own brand, 9% solution.
