Tropical fish. We also have a cockatiel and a dog. When I was much, much younger I had 10-15 tanks going but when I reached high school, other things took my attention away from the fish. So, I do know a little about tropical fish but have forgotten much and I am finding the amount of information available now extraordinary. I always wanted to try to breed kribensis but never did--hence the 2 tanks I now have with a pair in each. I am also interested in some of the smaller cichlids from South America, such as the yellowhead borellii, A. cacatuoides and the A. agassizii, but I have had no luck finding them in my area. I also like golden rams but have bought and killed about a dozen, hence the switch to my 2 bolivian rams, which I would like to try to breed, but I cannot yet tell if I have a pair.

- I have 6 tanks: a 20 gal, a 2and 1/2, and 4 10 gal. In 2 of the 10's I have one pair of kribensis and 2 zebras danios in each--one of these tanks also has an extra female. Each pair has had fry numerous times but I have been unable to raise any of the fry---very frustrating. In another 10 I have 2 bolivian rams, but I cannot tell the sex of each, and one zebra danio---need help. The last 10 has 8 tetras--4 black, 2 silver tipped, 2 glow light and a small albino cory cat. The 20 has 4 tiger barbs and 4 albino barbs and a chinese algae eater. the 2 and 1/2 has 10 to 12 black convict fry which I am raising--both Mom and Dad are gone.
