whats the best tank size for a senegal bichir alone no other fishes no other bichir?

hi im new and have been keeping fish for a while(well i have some help from my dad who's very experienced), and i am planning on a senegal bichir soon hopefully, and i am wondering how much they would cost usually, and the size of tank.
