Should I take it out of the current 55 gallon tank to treat with melafix. I don't really have a hospital tank anymore

I treated water with t-tree antibacterial and increased the water flow in the pump but am afraid they will get stuck to the filter. Found one on there this morning.

Hello, I am brand new and seeking advice on my fresh water fish. I have a 5 fish school of little orange tetras. This morning I found they were all in one corner and they have what seems to be air bubbles covering their little bodies. Other fish are ok and swimming well. Any Ideas
