Hi, many thanks for the replies. I don't have any wood in the tank, so I think it was just the meds that changed the water colour. The water is returning to normal now, so panic over. The fish also seem to be recovering well from the whitespot. Thanks again for your help.

My fish has whitespot, so 2 days ago I started using Interpret No 6 medication following the instructions for the recommended dosage, remove carbon filter, etc. But now the tank water is very, very dark - almost black. Is this normal? Thanks.
