HI the coils are inside individual glass tubes and its those that have algae in, the individual glass tubes with the filaments in are inside the outer glass cover and there is no algae or moisture inside of the outer glass tube. If you get what I mean. So I m wondering if uts just condesation...

Hi all Great to meet you all, new to forum and needing your expert help :blush: I have algae inside my aquarium heater does this mean that its leaking and can no longer be used? How can I check its OK? Thanks in advance for all of your help Mands
