Could be mouth fungus. Flexibacter columnaris, google that and you will find out loads. Good luck

Yes I think so, the blood blister thing has made her scales raise in that area. She is not bloated or puffy anywhere else. Looks like she has a vivid red bruise all down her body. :o( poor fish!
