Thanks for the info. I'm currently giving it frozen plankton. The fry seems to also be feeding on the baby cichlid pellets I've been giving it.

I have just acquired a silver aro fry...from the looks of it, it had just lost its sac. I was wondering what is the best feed for them, something that can bring out its full color potential.

I've been looking at the arowanas and it seemed that the only ones that can be owned in America are the Black Aros and the Silver Aros. I've been able to find the Silvers pretty easily but I am having a hard time finding Blacks. What is the best way of getting one? I live in Orlando, Fl.

I have: one 20 gal tank currently housing 2 oscar cichlids and 1 albino cichlid one 10 gal tank with one gourami, 2 angels, and 2 goldfish currently hoping to start on an arowana.
