They should really just stick to selling aquarium hardware instead of livestock, they're really bad at keeping fish in a healthy condition. But once in a blue moon, they have a nice clean tank with healthy fish.

I make sushi. No not really, I was just kidding but seriously, I put them in a bag and throw in the trash can. From time to time I flush some of them down. And if I'm really attatched to a fish, I'll bury it.

I have a pregnant platy and her stomach is just huge. The situation here is that she's been hiding in the corner of the tank behind the plants, keeping away from all the other fish in the tank. Is this a sign of giving birth in any way?

How do you have your fan pointing towards the tank, the fan should be blowing at the surface of the water and it really only helps bring the temperature down by two or three degrees. Like you said this wasn't really helping so you could do what most people do, put ice in a plastic bag, stocking...
