You can tell if its fin rot because the edges will go a white colour. If it is damage then just keep him happy with good water quality and they will soon grow back no problem. You could always give him a fin rot treatment just in case, but as its a new set up make sure if you have any activated...

Well I started with some Mbuna first but then unfortunately accidentally added a peacock who ended up being super aggressive. I added 3 more peacocks in the hope to spread the aggression out but he’s just bullying those. I’m now thinking I’m going to have to add more peacocks to further spread...

I’ll start with TLDR: -Can I use an anti fungal treatment with a currently mouth brooding female, and clown loaches and a pleco? -Can I also use salt with these species to enhance treatment? -Should I just improve water quality and see if the small amount of fungus on one fish goes away...

Thanks, some good advice. Yes the tank should be big enough, ive just bought a 4 foot 245 litre aquarium for keeping goldfish. I was planning on putting some elodea in there for them to eat but I guess I’ll try lots of different plants now!
