I have a 10 gallon: 4 neon tetras 4 rasbora harlequins 3 von rio tetras the von rios seem to be a bit intimidating to the neons.. the neons are always at the bottom of the tank and hiding in the plants (i made sure there was some for them to hide in.) is this normal?? i feel bad, and dont know...
