Hi there, I have a Fluval Tronic 9inch heater in my tank. I started cycling my tank 2 days ago. When I left home for work this morning the heat had reached 28 Degrees celcius. My heater is on full wack. Is this hot enough to promote bacteria growth for the cycling process? Thanks Lis x

I work in the medical industry so just assumed that it was a general rule that bacteria grow faster with heat. :)

but what ever happens I have to turn the heat up in the tank for it to work, right?
