Yes! They never seem to be 'in' the water just on top of it and jump quite high. They're all white and the platy fry seem to enjoy eating them if they catch one before it jumps! It's hard to say what they look like as they're too small, just hoping they don't increase in number!

I'm sorry for your loss, keep close all of your lovely memories through this difficult time. Be comforted by the fact she left peacefully and did not seem ill for long. Sounds like she was a lucky girl and had a brilliant life. RIP. :(

I agree, the fish could have died from the stress - my one platy casualty was when she was also pregnant. Had she been trying to hide quite a lot beforehand?
