It's Plagiotremus spilistius .question solved.

Found this interesting blenny (not sure but seems like it belongs to Blenniidae ),the tail and many features are different from Xiphasia ,a little bit like Plagiotremus , but still can't confirm what is this ? Can any guys help to identify it?
