i was just wondering how to set up a holding tank as my Pseudotropheus lombardoi has a mouth full is it OK to use rocks and water our of my cichlid tank and put it in the holding tank will i have to cycle it? how long should i wait be4 i move her into it?

i did a 50% water change but i didnt do anything when i test the water its blue as blue can be. i have been adding little bits of ph down not fast cos i was told it would stress them out to much and they will die. so should i do water change's everyday till it comes good?

i dont no what to do my son put a full bottle of ph uper in my tank what can i do to lower it with out all my fish dieing
