I don’t really know that much about lights or how they work, just that it’s an LED, so I’ll have to look into it. I’ll do some research and reduce the lighting, thanks. Any ideas why it’s growing in those two and not my big one? Maybe the shrimp or the fact it’s been established longer?

eSHa 2000 says it can be used as a preventative treatment for when you first get fish, and has worked pretty well for me with fin rot. Just an idea though, I don’t know that much about medications.

Yes we love bn plecos, so cute and fun to watch :) I did consider larger shrimp for a while but after looking at them at the lfs they kind of freak me out a bit haha!
