Trying to identify plant/moss on my spider wood
Used a plant app that identified it as Xylariaceae fungus. This fungus is worldwide and parasitizes wood. I removed the spider wood from tank to be safe. It has been in the tank around 2-3 months.- Kyanna

Yes, the plant with the white tips. Seems to have a sturdy brown base. The green is Java moss, have that in my other tanks, so no worries there.- Kyanna

Trying to identify plant/moss on my spider wood
Does anyone know what type of plant/moss this is growing on my spider wood? Seems to have come directly from the dead piece of wood??? Worried that I may have something toxic to the fish. Thanks!- Kyanna
