5.5 Gallon tank, 2 serpae tetras and a snail( snail obviously dooesnt have fin rot), water temperature is 24C ummm i went and bought them some medicine thought so they are currently undergoing the treatment.

Hi all, I am pretty sure my fish have fin rott, but im not sure why. What are usually the causes of it? Also how can I cure it? what types of medicines should i buy?
