Saw this at my friend's place. He has also bought a tank, but is fish-in cycling his... He had ten of these fish in his tank...they look really pretty, (photo doesn't do them justice)...he didn't know what they were called in English though, and cannot find a translation on the net for this...

Please do tell me more 'spectrum'...what do you mean obsolete? Is there a different rule of thumb then?
