I just cleaned it and it was working for about a second or two then it stopped again.

i have a fluval 2+ internal filter and today i turnred off electricity to do a water change. when i had finished i turned the electricity back on and no reaction from the filter i took took apart the the filter cleaning the impeller and reassembled it, still nothing. Does anybody know what might...
