Which shop sold u these? I'm interested in why they would. First thing they need is security in numbers and 3 is too little. Also why would feeding twice a day foul your water? When I kept discus they got between 3 and 6 feeds a day.

with 2" discus id be feeding 4-6 times a day and doing 50% daily water changes, otherwise a good chance of stunting the fish.

its not about the breeding as given good water conditions discus breed easily. its the fry rearing thats difficult and having the space to grow them on without stunting. if a big spawn of 150-200 you need to cull the weaker fish as not to hinder the development of the others. then as they...

smaller bn plecs will work well here. how long are your lights on daily? oh and your nitrAtes shouldnt be zero.

I doubt these fish will produce nice fry but its fun to watch nature take place in your own home. Tbh the market is flooded with poor quality discus.
