My yellow labs had babies back in december and i was told to be careful as the parents will eat them out of five only 2 made it and the parents are still looking after them now its the bigger fish in the tank that try to eat them so is this not normal for the parents to still be looking out for...

i have a very aggressive lombardoi and he is ok with the fish i bought when i got him but anything new he eats which is upsetting so i am looking for s new home for him
