That's quite a high reading for just 6 danios in a 240 litre tank, what is the nitrate level in your tap water? It might naturally be that high.

Thank you for the response. I thought that could be the case but I've also heard about fish 'zits' as well so was hoping it wasn't a tumor. I'll just have to keep an eye on her I guess and put her to sleep if it becomes an issue.
