Hi all Im new to the site :unsure: and im wondering if someone can help me. I have a fluval 2 plus filter which is new, but it does'nt clean the tank. All the waste just drifts straight past it and it only goes in if it is basicaly sits on it. Has anyone elce had this problem? the water looks...
