never mind, KiKi died, my sister told me when i got back from work :-( but Christmas seems alright.

i am going to take an educated guess and try Tumors? it looks Tumor-ish to me. it shouldn't really be a problem unless it is cancerous, in which case you can get a professional to cut off the tumor for your fish.
