Thank you. Will put him in separate tank and give him bacterial meds and see what happens.

The levels have all been checked and they are normal. The growth is actually on the tail fin and looks like a small red cauliflower with a white spot in the middle. He is behaving normally and this thing doesn't seem to be bothering him at all. Any ideas?
